Orders dispatch time different product to product.... In normal days your order will dispatch 4-7 days.

Busy times such as Christmas, Mother's days dispatch times may change.  

Personalised items ''may'' take 10 days to dispatch , we will inform you about process.

RETURNS

I do not accept returns any personalised items.

Item only return unused condition 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund.

After received the  item, refund will be process in 10 business days.
